I've been going go STS /Mavis in Califon for 12 years, no issues. Naturally went there for tires for my GMC dually, had the mounted and balanced, but when I got on the highway, there was a lot of vibration from the back end. Took the truck back for re-balancing and back to the highway with the same issue. Went to the dealership for road force balancing and one of the tires was bad and needed to be replaced. Almost 3 weeks later I am still struggling with them to refund the tire, mounting and balancing! I am not asking for them to refund more than what was not done correctly, although should ask for a refund on the balancing for all 6 tires vs. the one. Personally, very disappointed in Aaron and no response from the company. I've raised this to Matt Lopez, the regional manager - hopefully a simple refund for the ONE tire will be applied.

Always friendly and the oil changes are fast. I never have had an issue with the work done.

I'm regularly pleased with the car care and service I'm provided with after I leave the shop. Mike is a nice, knowledgeable man. I usually deal with him but the other gentleman (whose name I forgot) who works the desk was pleasant as well.

Replace coil and ignition module on ford pickup. Very simple job. Result: broken coil pigtail, red tape used for an unplugged ground wire. Ignition module missing a needed bolt. $375 for a 20-30 minute job. Ripoff and highly uneducated. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

I took my dually truck here to get new tires. First thing I noticed wrong when I picked the truck up was that the front tires were mounted letters facing in, an the rear facing out. I thought, wow that is a careless mistake that no one bothered to correct. The truck is a work truck and I needed it for a job so I didn't make a fuss about it at the time. After leaving the tire shop I noticed that there was heavy vibration like the tires were not balanced, and a few miles down the road the rear tires on the passenger side came loose and broke three of the wheel studs off. After putting the tires back on I checked all of the rest of the wheels and NONE of them where tight at all. I called them to complain and they told me that that was not possible because they use a torque wrench to put the tires on. They told me to bring the truck back so they could fix it. I brought it back just to show them the broken wheel studs since I had no intentions of letting them work on my truck again. They offered me no reimbursement whatsoever. I took it to another shop and I had to have all of the tires re-balnced (6 tires on a dually) and two of them re-mounted since they were on backwards, and replace all of the wheel studs on the side where the tire fell off. After talking to other people in the area and other shops nearby I learned that this was not an isolated incident. Apparently it is somewhat of a common occurrence with these guys. I have never written an online review before but I felt it necessary to worn anyone who is considering using this tire shop. They could have caused a major accident and possibly got someone hurt. Mounting tires is a very basic operation and there should not be any issues whatsoever if the mechanics had a shred of pride in the work that they do. Not only did I have to pay extra out of my pocket to get the tires right, I also had more down time where I did not have the truck that I needed to work which costed me even more money.
